She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Cartee; and her parents, John Charles Keller and Helena Leatherman Keller. She is survived by: her sister Charlotte K Jones; her nephew Charles P. Jones, II (Amy); her great-niece Rachel Stroh (Dave); her great-nephew Charles P. Jones, III; Cara Jones.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (515 S Market St, Frederick, MD 21701).
