He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Neil Myers and Stephanie Ann Myers; his wife Meghan Elisabeth Myers; his children, Madeline Grace Myers, Lily Jane Myers and Grayson Stone Myers; his sister Lauren Myers Gnip (Edward); his parents-in-law, Robert Lewis Moul (Diane Herbert) and Lisa Keeney (Duane); and his brothers-in-law, Robert Charles Moul (Sandra) and Benjamin Lewis Moul (Katie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, and to honor Nick's memory, the family kindly requests monetary contributions be made to Meghan Myers in order to establish a trust fund for his children's future.
