We bid farewell to Norma J. Libert of Frederick, Maryland, born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 4, 2026 at the age of 89. Norma touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph B. Wratten and Mildred I. Lewis Wratten; her husband Francis G. Libert; her sons, William and James; and her siblings, Merle Marsh, Joseph Wratten, James Wratten, Edward Wratten, Albert Wratten and Barbara Wratten.
She is survived by: her daughter Therese (Maryanne Sonick); her grandchildren, Brittany Hoffman, Alan, Jasmine and James Sonick; her daughters-in-law, Kathy Libert and Wendy Libert; and her sisters, Mildred Tall, Edna Campbell and Maria DeJesus Sanchez.
