Bartlett of Plum Branch, SC and Deborah Bartlett Dilley (late Richard); his granddaughters, Melinda Eldin of Frederick, MD, Carolyn Reid of Frederick, MD and Janette Case (Marvin) of Frederick, MD; and his close friend Ruth Rich.
