He is survived by: his wife Marla Mullen; his children, Ryan Mullen (Lauren Woods) of Chicago and Katie Mullen (Hank Alme) of Baltimore, Maryland.; and his brothers, John Mullen (Lynne) of Gainesville, FL and James Mullen (Kristen) of Stillwater, OK.
A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Ignatius of Loyola Roman Catholic Church (4103 Prices Distillery Rd, Ijamsville, MD 21754).
