Paul leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Paul’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Paul will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Samuel W. Barrick and Joan Johnson Barrick. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Barrick Starr (Ian) and Samantha Barrick (Don); his grandchildren, Stella Starr, Landis Murphy and Emmett Murphy; and his siblings, Linda Barrick Lebherz (Chuck) and Mark Barrick (Wendi). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Dutch's Daughter (581 Himes Ave, Frederick, MD 21703).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in his name to the charity of one's choice in Paul's memory.
