He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul W. Bell Sr. and Delores Yvonne Bell. He is survived by: his parents, Laura Bell and Paul Bell Jr.; his brother Devin Bell; his sister-in-law Lauren Bell; his niece Madeline Bell; his uncle Steve Bell (Lucy); and his aunts, Anita Shifflett (Bootie Shifflett) and Kathy Jaynes (Russ Jaynes). He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701).
