Shumaker and Rita Shumaker of Frederick; his children, Cynthia Richey (Joshua) of Chambersburg, PA and Paul D Shumaker, Jr. of Downsville, MD; his grandchildren, Delilah, Brianna and Ryder; and his siblings, Greg Shumaker (Anne) of Thurmont, Pamela Norwood (Keith) of Ijamsville, MD, Karen Shumaker of Hampton, VA, Susan Roland (Tim) of Thurmont and William Shumaker (Tammie) of New Market. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
