In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Pauline's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Pauline's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as her find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Romer Toms and Vada Toms (Wiles); and her husband Bernard Wachter Flanagan. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Fellows (James) of Keymar; her grandchildren, Jason M. Fellows (Holly) of Walkersville and Stephanie Fellows of Brunswick; and her great grandchildren, Jenna, Jaiden Fellows and Jenson Fellows.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home-Woodsboro (404 S Main St, Frederick, MD 21798). A memorial service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home (404 S Main St, Frederick, MD 21798).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the Donald and Lydia Falconer Scholarship Fund or the Frederick County Retired Personnel Association Scholarship Endowment Fund. Donations may be made payable to The Community Foundation of Frederick County, 312 E. Church St., Frederick, MD 21701.
