She was predeceased by: her husband Casper Frost Betson, Jr.; and her parents, Shem Carlis Nininger, Jr. and Shirley L. Wright. She is survived by: her children, Michael Frost Betson (Kanda), Richard Carlis Betson (Sharon) and Shelby Diane Marsden (Kyle); her grandchildren, Ryan Betson, Cody Betson (Kayla), Cheyenne Van (Peter), Stephen Marsden (Tina), Quinn Marsden, Chance Marsden and Aiden Marsden; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Heil and Peyton Marsden; and her siblings, Nancy Fowler (Paul) and Glenn Nininger (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
