Armstrong, Jr.; and numerous nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces, and step grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Faith Reformed Presbyterian Church (8158 Yellow Springs Rd, Frederick, MD 21702).
