He is survived by: his wife Lillie Pauline Brashear of Frederick; his son Brian Eugene Brashear (Tammy) of Frederick; his grandchildren, Brittany Marie Brashear of Bradenton, FL, Tyler Jay Brashear (Brandi) of Myersville, MD, Zachary Allen Brashear (Danielle) of Richmond, VA and Johanna Hailey Brashear of Frederick; his great grandchildren, Peyton Nicole Jordan, Michael Anthony Jordan, Jose Eduardo "Eddie" Quistian of Bradenton, FL, Lillyan Kay Brashear and Jaxon Allen Brashear of Richmond, VA; his sister Karen Virginia Wilson of Montgomery Village, MD; his half-brother Harold Rice, Jr.; his siblings-in-law, Ann Roark of Weber City, VA and David Scott of Jonesville, VA; his adoptive daughters, Judy Schmidt and Janine Davis D'Ambrogio; and his close friends, Vince, Sharon Malta of Jefferson, MD, Allen, Andi Poole of Urbana, MD, Trinty and Harlow Hinman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
