We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2025, at the age of 81, Rebecca Marie Stover of Frederick, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Haley and Edith Haley (Stouter); her husband Joseph Elwood Stover; her brother Joseph (Mary); and her nephew Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie and Christopher; her grandchildren, Katie and Alex Stover; her brothers, John and Gerald (Jody); her siblings' children, Laura Frazier (TJ) and Eric Corbin (Laura); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Haley, Reagan, Eleanor, Woodrow and Caledonia; her close friend Ellen Kulman; her friend Mark Bannis, Jr.; her pets, Bonnie and Clyde Stover; Shabouka.
