She was predeceased by: her former husband John Atlee Shry; her parents, Ellis Orlando Ramsburg and Christine Amelia Rowland Ramsburg; her sons-in-law, Charles Aboyoun and Joseph Shelton; her siblings, David Ramsburg and Ruth R. Martin; and her aunts, Betsy Prelitz and Janice Rowland.

She is survived by: her husband Paul; and her children, Paula Aboyoun of Olney, Terrena Faye Shelton of North Carolina and Gary Lynwood Snyder (Mary Charlene) of Frederick. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one niece, and one nephew.
