He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland K. Culler and Julia S. Culler; his sister Nancy Kegley; and his brothers-in-law, Dennis Passaglia and John Kegley.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jeanne Biser (Dick), Joanne Passaglia, David Culler (Susan) and Jennifer Noffsinger (James); and his close friends, Susan Hackney, Julie Jones, Matthew Culler (Dilia Inoa), Andy Culler (Kat), Justin Noffsinger (Kylee), Jacob Noffsinger (Chelsea), Maegan Olson (Britt) and Joshua Noffsinger (Skylar Andrews). He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews and their spouses.
