Richard leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Richard’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Richard will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his brothers, Anthony and John. He is survived by: his spouse British; his children, David Iannucci, Elaine Ross and Monica Mansfield; his children-in-law, Mary Ann Blotzer, Ron Ross and Charles Mansfield; and his brother Ron. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
