He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Stacks; his children, Erin Hubbman (Martin) of Cody, WY, Kathryn Burkhardt (Peter) of Chesterfield, VA, Brian Stacks (Brandy), D. C., Kara Locke (Brent) of Miami, FL and Laura McGuinness (Billy) of Manassas, VA.; his grandchildren, Tyler, Dylan Burkhardt, Stephen, Charlotte Rawlings, Morgan Stacks, Jackson, Charlie McGuinness, Noelle, Nala and Brayden Locke; his sister Libby Stauffer (George) of Frederick, MD.; his nephews, Andy and Tom Stauffer; and his friends, Bethesda and Chevy Chase.
