It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Leatherman of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Concetta Maria Leatherman (DiPietro); his parents, Marshall Harlan Leatherman and Nellie C. Cartee Leatherman; his sisters, Ruth Smith, Catherine Harshman and Louise Moser; his children, Mary Mindel (Iver) of Cockeysville, Jane Heron (David) of Wolfsville, John Leatherman (Laura) of Wolfsville, Tina Jones (Dan) of Washington, PA and Joseph Leatherman of Baltimore, MD.; his son-in-law Bill Bull; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Mindel (Heidi), Matthew Mindel (Katie), Sean Leatherman (Meghan), Alex Leatherman (Taylor), Emily Heron, Kevin Heron, Nadine Heron, Kate Von Schuch (Danny), Tony Jones (Nolan) and Rachel Beppler (Matt). He was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren.

Because of the pandemic, a private funeral service and burial will be held at the discretion of the family.
