He was predeceased by: his parents, George Eubanks and Dolores Eubanks. He is survived by: his wife Zonya; his children, Matthew Eubanks (Lisha Eubanks) and Stacey Saname (Jerimye Saname); and his siblings, Stuart Eubanks (Sharrie) and Anita Eubanks. He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with many great nieces and nephews.
