He is survived by: his wife Connie Fling Stotler; his daughter Lorena Stotler Lee (Gary); his sister Donna Wiles (Maurice); his sister-in-law Jane Stotler; his grandchildren, Chad Stocks (Jodi), Matthew Stotler, Rebecca Robertson, Bryan Lee, Phillip Lee (Bekah), Amanda Lozinski (Steven) and Gary Lee (Matie); his great grandchildren, Carleigh Stocks, Cheyenne Stocks, Wyatt Stocks, Gracelynn Stocks, Lucas Stotler, Kaylee Stotler, Tallulah Stotler, Ryan Menze, Owen Lee, Maci Lee, Dakota Lee, Spencer Lee, Christian Lozinski, Briella Lozinski, Josephine Lozinski and Lacey Kline; and his close friend Kathy Roberts.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM and on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701). A burial was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Gardens (9501 Catoctin Mountain Hwy, Frederick, MD 21701). A reception was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
