He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his sons, Doug Garlow, Kevin Garlow (Loretta Notareschi) and Todd Garlow (Margaret Hsiang); and his grandchildren, Keith Garlow (Emily Smithwick), Quinn Garlow, Maxwell Garlow and Finley Garlow.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Margaretta F. Slayman Chapel, Homewood Living (7407 Willow Rd, Frederick, MD 21702).
