He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Lookingbill Sr. and Mary Elizabeth King Lookingbill; his daughter Mary Louise Voit; his grandsons, Christopher Ausherman and Jessie Lookingbill; and his brothers, Robert and Alvie Lookingbill.
He is survived by: his spouse Bertie M. Wetzel Lookingbill; his children, Tina Hewitt of Frederick, Russell Lookingbill III (Tina) of Frederick, Michael Lookingbill (Patty) of Warrenton, VA and Diane Lookingbill of Frederick; and his sisters, Darlene Cole, Doris Moses, Patty Wetzel, Jeannie Walters and Sue Torres. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home (11802 Liberty Rd, Frederick, MD 21701).
