With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra P. Hall (Frederick, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 2, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Claude Onley; her husband Neal Hall, III; her son Neal Hall, IV; her grandchildren, Reality Nolan and Markus Allen; and her mother Mildred Layer Onley (Layer).
She is survived by: her daughter Shawnnette Allen (Leigh II); her grandchildren, Keith Rorer, Jr. (Denecia), Andrea Cannon (De'Ante), Lauren Gottholm-Stiles (Tayler), George Falconer (Tatyanna), Rydale Hall, Neal Hall V, Leigh "Tre" Allen III, Nzinga Hall and Mason Allen; her great grandchildren, Jayden Scott, Kali Rorer, Avery Cannon, Daxx Cannon, Serena Stiles, Amiyah Falconer, Ahmari Falconer, Nova Arevalo and Nolynn Williams; her siblings, Claude W. Onley (Rosemary), Helen Hall (Kenny), Zelma Nickens, Mary Onley and Thomas Onley Sr.; her sister-in-law Sandra "Sandy" Hall; her children-in-law, Chris Hartley, Dave and Michelle Randolph; and her friends, Sherrie Beander, Debbie Bowie, Clarrissa Cannon, Phyliss Carroll, Terry Carroll, Doris Copeland, Irene Diggs, Serena Morina, Keith Rorer, Sr., Melvin and Linda Worthington. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Jackson Chapel United Methodist Church (5609 Ballenger Creek Pike, Frederick, MD 21703).
