She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Russell and Imogene Von Cumerlato; her grandmother Willa Ann Dean; her former husband Bruce P. Clark; her daughter-in-law Deb Peers; and her grandson Ben Posey.
She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Peers; and her children, Tracy L. Clark, Joseph A. Clark, Robert J. Peers Jr., Kelly A. Wheeler (Scott), Paula J. Baldwin (Mike) and Danielle L. Baker (Todd). She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Homes (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Luke's Cemetery (5463 Jefferson Pike, Frederick, MD 21703). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 PM at the St. Luke's Lutheran Church (5463 Jefferson Pike, Frederick, MD 21703).
