She is survived by: her daughters, Hope Elizabeth Hoffman and Michelle Renee Hoffman; her grandchildren, Bradley Allen Wentz (Brooke) and Nicole Maree Wentz; her great grandchildren, Kinsley Layne Wentz and Willow Grace Wentz; her brother John MacKenzie (Sharon); her friend James Grumbine of Unionville; and her pets, Kevee, Cammie and Crystal.
