Wisner (Hwa Chin), Rhonda L. Wisner and Cindy MacMullen (Robert); his grandchildren, Serena Q. Folk and Ethan Z. Wisner; his daughter-in-law Alexis; his siblings-in-law, Richard W. Myers (Elizabeth), Carol T. Norwood and Star Myers; Anthony. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
