He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Walter Dominik. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Dominik of Frederick, Maryland; his sisters, Judith P. Mellor of Frederick and Cynthia A. Dominik of Vero Beach, Florida; and his niece Megan P. Mellor of Frederick, Maryland. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
