He was predeceased by: his son Tommy Finley; and his parents, Charles T. Finley and Mildred E. Finley. He is survived by: his wife Susan Finley; his children, Tammy Schulman (Paul), Todd Finley (Jenn), Jeff Finley (Sarah) and Billy Crescenze (Amy); his sister Patricia Estes (Jim); and his friend Bobby "Doc" Dodson. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Frederick (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
