It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Valerie Eloise Allen of Frederick, Maryland, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Allen and Thelma Bowie Allen; her siblings, Elmo Allen, Steve Allen, Errol Allen and Helen Allen; and her nieces, Donna Jiggetts and Linda Allen.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gary Allen of Columbia, MD and Janet Allen Moore (Robert F.) of Cary, NC; her sisters-in-law, Judy Allen of Frederick, MD and Rose Allen of Owings Mills, MD; her nephews, Kevin Allen, Jeffrey Allen, Steve Jackson, Robert L. Moore, Henry Jiggetts, Victor Bowman and Sean Bowman; and her niece Andrea Moore. She is also survived by great nephews, great nieces, and numerous cousins, and friends.
