She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Joseph Moran and Maria Teresa Fazzolari Moran; her brother Frank Moran; and her son Keith Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Hayes; her children, Kevin Hayes, Pamela Buzard (Michael Buzard), Elizabeth Hayes and Teresa Hayes; and her granddaughters, Caraline Buzard and Emmelynn Buzard.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John (118 E 2nd St, Frederick, MD 21701).
