She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard McClain; her parents, Archie F. Stup and Ruth Ellen Clay Stup; her siblings, Vernon, Millie Harris, Blanche "Peg" Hargett, Grace Garver and Robert; and her daughter Sally Ruth McClain.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Thompson Imirie (Allan) and Ronnie McClain; her grandsons, Russell Thompson and Travis Thompson (Melissa); and her great grandchildren, Tristan and Hailey.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Cemetery (515 S Market St, Frederick, MD 21701).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bush Creek Church Church of the Brethren, 4821 Green Valley Road, Monrovia, MD 21770.
