It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne A. Chase Jr. (Frederick, Maryland), born in Kensington, Maryland, who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne, Sr. Chase and Susie Chase; his grandmother Susie Horn; his daughter Keeona Chase; his sister Jackie Horn; his nephews, Dewayne Horn and Dominique Chase; and his mother-in-law Jean Bowie.

He is survived by: his wife Kizzy Chase; his children, Nikia Chase, Wayne Chase III, Jamarr Chase, George Falconer Jr., Rydale Hall, Neal Hall V and Nzinga Hall; his siblings, Muhammad Abdullah (Iantha), James Chase (Nicole), Edna Washington (Rickey), Waynette Chase and Melissa Chase (Lee Ervin); his father-in-law Byron Bowie Sr. (Judy); his siblings-in-law, Stacy, Tara, Bryona Bowie, Byron Jr., Bradley and Rashad Bowie; his uncles, William, James, David Horn and Jerome Christian; his aunt Rose Marie Horn; his nephew Byron Bowie III; and his close friends, Charles Brown III, Anthony Jones, Michael Bowens, Doug Pochron and Steve Miller. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
