It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond E. Biser (Freeland, Maryland), born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 22, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy A. Biser; his parents, Fred S. Biser and Margaret H. Biser (Ballard); and his son Jon Abbott.
