He was predeceased by: his wife Estella Jane; his son Mitch; his parents, Thelda Frazee and Raymond Reckart; and his stepfather William Frazee.
He is survived by: his son Terry (Barbara); his daughter-in-law Bre; his grandchildren, James (Cindy), Kyle (Shawna), Lesley (Ed Harden), Jodie (Massimo Cailotto), Meghan (Shane Kellhofer) and Becky (Bobby Dwyer); his great grandchildren, Tyler Reckart, Logan, Cole, Ryan Reckart, Luca Cailotto, Abigayle, Cody Dwyer, Peyton, Jason Kellhofer, Tim, Stephanie and Zach Harden; and his great great grandchildren, Oliver, Jane Reckart and Richard Mocella IV.
