With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilma Keefer of Friendsville, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Theodore and Pansy Grace Trout (Hull); her husband Getty Wayne Keefer; her granddaughter Jessica; her siblings, Tom Trout, Jim Trout, Joseph Trout and Leoma Masters; and her close friend Evalene DeBerry.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Keefer (Sherrie) of Friendsville, Crystal Keefer of Friendsville and Cindy Kisner (Rick) of Corinth; her grandchildren, Allen, Lily, Matt, John, Jennifer (Dustin) and Jerry; her great grandchildren, Maddie and Peyton; and her sister Ruby Martin.
