She is survived by: her children, John H. Layton, Jr. and Tammy Clise (James); her brothers, Dale Wilhelm of Avilton, MD and Freeman Wilhelm of Short Gap, WV; her grandchildren, John Thomas Layton, Angela Nicol Passman and Luke Alan Warnick; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Layton, Carson Clise, Nathaniel Passman, Skylar Warnick, Colby Warnick, Eddie Passman and Ryder.
