With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Clyde William Stewart Jr. (Frostburg, Maryland), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Clyde William left this world on July 20, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde William and Jeanne Cooper Stewart; and his sister Lucy Lynne Stewart White. He is survived by: his wife Twylah Mae Stewart (Murphy); his daughters, Sarah Jeanne Kra (Dominique) of Davenport and Rebecca Anne Hohing (Ryan) of Cumberland, Maryland.; and his grandchildren, Safiah, Jack and Simah. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sowers Funeral Home (60 W Main St, Frostburg, MD 21532). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Frostburg Memorial Park (70 Green St, Frostburg, MD 21532).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Music Department of Cresaptown United Methodist Church in honor of Bill's love of the church choir.
