He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Garlitz and Kathleen Mae Garlitz (Minnick); and his sister Clara Arzona Keefer. He is survived by: his wife Georgia; his pet Maggie; his brother Jerry L. Garlitz; and his nieces and nephews, Alicia Wiggins (Joseph), Kimberly Broadwater (Richard), Rhonda Reed (Tom), Mark Garlitz (Patty) and Jeffrey Keefer (Susie).
