He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Sue Burnsworth Steele; his sister Virginia Ganoe (Jim); his sister-in-law Amy Shillingburg; his children, David Steele (Martha) of Carpendale, WV, Wendie Redding (Todd) of Fuquay-Varina, NC and Melanie Morris (Johnny) of Cumberland, MD.; his grandchildren, Scott Steele (Alexis Cumberland, MD), Mathew Rummer (Melana) of Peyton, CO, Charles Steele of Morgantown, WV, Dillon Redding (Lauren) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Hailey Johnson (Austin) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Savannah Lavallee (Richard) of Summerville, SC and Marlia Morris of Cumberland, MD.; his great grandchildren, Nathan Jara, Scarlet Rummer of Peyton, CO, Sienna, Soren, Amelia Steele of Cumberland, MD, Abigail, Ellie, Kate, Ruth Redding of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Hattie, Harper and Hudson Johnson of Fuquay-Varina, NC.; and his close friend Morgan. He is also survived by Several nephews and a niece.
