He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carl "Chuckles" Keiling and Edna Virginia Keiling (Winner); and his sister Emmy Lou Keiling. He is survived by: his wife Mary Keiling; his sons, Brian Keiling and Jeffrey Keiling (Virginia); his siblings, Ray Keiling (Barbara) and Mary Susan Dudley; his granddaughter Randi Shumaker (Aaron); and his great grandchildren, Myles and Maddox Shumaker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
