He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Grace Garltiz and Charles J. Garlitz. He is survived by: his wife Dee Garlitz; and his children, Kimberly A. Fetters (Ronnie), Daniel S. Garltiz (Danielle), Shelley L. Garltiz, Brandy Knoche (Korrine) and Tommy Phennicie (Ali).
