We are sad to announce that on July 2, 2025, at the age of 86, Jacqueline Walters Higgins (Frostburg, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Viola and John Walters; her husband Eugene Higgins; and her siblings, Mary Elmira Drew, Joseph Walters, Phyllis Mackenzie, Mary Alice Walters, Mary Regina Walters and John Walters.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Higgins (Debbie) and Tammy Higgins Street (Jeff); her sister Barbara Huzinec; her brother-in-law John Huzinec; her sisters, Emma Duckworth and Deborah Walters; her nieces, Elaine Spry and Mary "Jeannie" Porter; and her pets, Esther, Sam and Chloe.

Flowers preferred or donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
