He is survived by: his wife Tammy Clise; his daughter Sierra Clise (Jason Haggerty); his stepchildren, Luke Warnick and Angela Passman; his siblings, Brian Clise (Trish), Michelle Clise (Calvin) and Mike Clise (Crystal); his siblings' children, Ashleigh Bohn (Travis), Christopher Clise and Landon Clise; and his great-nephew Leeum Bohn (Erie). He is also survived by grandson soon to be born; 6 step-grandsons.
