He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland "Whitey" Folk and Helen Folk. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Folk (Stafford); his sons, John Folk (Mandy) of Frostburg and Jeffrey Folk (Rosalie) of Bel Air, MD; his grandsons, Brady Folk (Jenna) and Marcus Folk (Ellie); his great grandchildren, Mila, Maeven and Leland; and his siblings, James Folk (Patricia), Virginia Goodwin (Mike), Joesph Folk (Kathy) and Stafford. He is also survived by family, numerous nieces and nephews and a few great friends.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Durst Funeral Home (57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD 21532). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 from 11:45 AM to 12:00 PM at the Frostburg Memorial Park (70 Green St, Frostburg, MD 21532).
