Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joseph leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Harris (Mears) and Leroy Harris; his siblings, Arthur Harris and Jenny Carder; and his brother-in-law Gene Patton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Anna Patton, Joe Harris and Lanny Harris; and his sister-in-law Mary Helen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Durst Funeral Home (57 Frost Ave, Frostburg, MD 21532). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the same location.
