She is survived by: her daughters, Alana Miller (Jim), Rebecca Glaze (Rick) and Kathy Lintz (Mark); her daughter-in-law Julie Davis; and her grandchildren, Dusty Booth Jr. (Kat), Dirk Booth, Sarah Herron (Shaun), Alicia Booth and Coty Lintz (Sierra). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
