She is survived by: her friends, Kay and Mary; her pets, Layla and Emmy; her daughters, Roxanna McCormic and Alison Goetschius (Michael); her granddaughters, Jennifer LeRow (Wade), Tiffany Ponce (Leo) and Luci Lara (Gerardo); Tommy. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Janie worked in many different positions in healthcare, ending her career working in housekeeping on the Alzheimer's unit at Frostburg Village.
