He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Goebel and Lucy Goebel (Bittinger); his wife Bonnie Goebel; and his brother Ernie Goebel (Frank Goebel). He is survived by: his son Rob Goebel (Ann Steele); his grandchildren, Ethan Goebel and Lilly Goebel; his stepgrandchildren, Jerry Lafferty, Jonathan Lafferty and Alicen Steele; and his siblings, Charles Goebel, Rich Goebel and Joan Gerhard.
