She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. John Coffey and Marie Coffey; her sisters, Judy Seawood and Nancy Hawkes; and her husband Duane.
She is survived by: her children, Susan (Kevin) and Marty (Yu Ting Tseng); her granddaughter Ava Marie; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Woods and Shirley Cassidy; her friends, Julie McKenzie, Rosalind Bauer, Dottie Yautz, John and Mary Jane Shepley; and also, Johnny, Stacey, John and Diane Blubaugh. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
