He was predeceased by: his parents, William Footen and Delores Footen (Jeffries); his brother Bill Footen; and his close friends, Bob Kinney and Larry Minnick.
He is survived by: his sister Kathy Footen Winebrenner; his daughter Tammy Bittinger (Rodney); his grandchildren, Josh Bittinger, Daniel Bittinger and Addisen Bittinger; his niece Kerri Footen; his great-niece Carlie Bohrer; his great-nephew Javas Bohrer (Amia); and his close friends, Mark Jackson, Chuck Drew, John Huff and Billy Livingood.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the funeral home to help defray costs if desired.
